Join the Camps Bay Library Community Fun Run / Walk
The Friends of Camps Bay Library invite you to take part in a Community Fun Run / Walk on Saturday, 20 September at 9am, starting and ending at the library.
This 3km route is an easy, family-friendly distance and will take participants through beautiful greenbelt pathways recently restored by the Camps Bay CID. It’s a chance to celebrate our natural surroundings while standing together against the City’s proposal to sell the land where the library and car park are located, and to relocate the library elsewhere.
Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, R7,000 in vouchers are up for grabs as prizes. The morning promises to be a fun, neighbourly get-together in support of an important community cause.
👉 Don’t forget: you can still submit your formal objection to the City’s proposed land sale here: https://tinyurl.com/ys9jr3wx
Deadline: 23 September – every resident’s voice counts!
