Environmental Conservation and Heritage Protection
Issue: Natural and heritage preservation is essential in Camps Bay, with pressure from both tourism and local developments potentially affecting scenic and environmentally sensitive areas.
CBCRA’s Role: The Association advocates for the protection of natural landscapes and historical sites. This includes challenging developments that might threaten natural areas or disrupt the visual landscape, working alongside environmental groups and city planners.
Objective: To protect the region’s natural beauty and historical character, ensuring that it remains intact for future generations.
Again, this will protect the value of properties in our area.
