CBCRA’s Role: The Association actively monitors building developments, ensuring that they comply with zoning laws, heritage guidelines, and environmental regulations. It often represents community interests in cases of unauthorized or disruptive developments.

Objective: To maintain the aesthetic and environmental integrity of Camps Bay and Clifton while balancing development with residents’ quality of life. This will ensure that the value of properties in Camps Bay is not compromised.
